Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport: Your journey begins as you arrive in Sri Lanka. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a representative from Blue Lanka, who will be your guide throughout this tour.
Transfer to Negombo: Located just a short distance from the airport, Negombo is a coastal town with vibrant fishing culture and colonial remnants. You’ll be given time to settle in at your hotel and unwind.
Explore Negombo: If time permits, you can visit the Negombo Fish Market, which is one of the most famous in Sri Lanka, and take a boat ride on the Dutch Canal that winds through the town, offering a glimpse into its Dutch colonial past.

Breakfast and Departure: After a hearty breakfast, check out of your hotel and begin your journey. The first stop of the day is Munneswaram Temple in Chilaw, an ancient sacred temple where it is believed that Lord Rama sought solace from Lord Shiva. This is one of the key Ramayana-related sites in Sri Lanka.
Visit to Mannavari Temple: Continue your journey to Mannavari Temple, the first lingam established by Lord Rama and a significant site in the Ramayana.
Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage: On your way to Kandy, stop at the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to observe these majestic creatures being cared for and roaming freely. It’s a truly unforgettable experience.

Morning Transfer to Nuwara Eliya: After breakfast, set off towards Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England” for its British colonial architecture and cool climate.
Sri Bhaktha Hanuman Temple: En route, stop at the Sri Bhaktha Hanuman Temple in Ramboda. This temple, built by the Chinmaya Mission, is linked to the Ramayana, where Lord Hanuman is said to have searched for Sita.
Visit Gayathri Peedam: A visit to the Gayathri Peedam follows, which is believed to be a sacred spot blessed by Lord Shiva for King Ravana’s son.

Seetha Amman Temple: After breakfast, visit the Seetha Amman Temple, a significant Ramayana site located near a stream where Sita Devi is said to have bathed during her captivity in Lanka. The temple is surrounded by stunning views of nature, and it holds deep spiritual significance for many.
Divurumpola Temple: Continue to Divurumpola, a temple believed to be the site where Sita Devi underwent a trial by fire to prove her purity after being rescued from Ravana.
Check-in at Bandarawela: After your visits, you will check-in to your hotel in Bandarawela, where you can enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing in the cool hills of the town.

avana Falls & Ravana Cave: Begin the day with a scenic drive to Ella. Along the way, stop at the beautiful Ravana Falls, one of the most iconic waterfalls in Sri Lanka. From here, proceed to the Ravana Cave, which is believed to be where King Ravana hid Sita Devi during her captivity. The caves are a fascinating historical site and are believed to have served as secret passageways.
Kataragama Temple: After exploring Ella, continue your journey to Kataragama, an important religious site dedicated to God Skanda. This place is a significant pilgrimage destination, and you’ll have the opportunity to visit the temple complex.

Kataragama Temple: Start the day with a visit to the Kataragama Shrine, dedicated to God Skanda, where it is believed that Lord Rama made offerings after the battle with Ravana.
Ussangoda: Visit Ussangoda, a site associated with the Ramayana and believed to be one of the ancient airports used by Ravana for his aircraft. The site has an eerie atmosphere and offers an insight into the mythical past of Sri Lanka.
Rumassala in Galle: Next, continue your journey to Galle to visit Rumassala, a hill where it is believed that part of the Himalayan herbs brought by Lord Hanuman fell.
Seenigama Temple in Hikkaduwa: Visit Seenigama Temple in Hikkaduwa, where Lord Hanuman is said to have battled Ravana’s forces in the epic.
Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple in Colombo: Finally, visit the Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple in Colombo, which is renowned for its unique Anjaneyar chariot and is dedicated to Lord Hanuman.

Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some time to explore the city of Colombo, visiting key landmarks or doing some last-minute shopping.
Airport Transfer: Afterward, you will be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport for your flight departure, concluding the Ramayana Tour.
